why i hate the cowtenant downstairs:

1. she *never* shovels her half of the driveway.
2. her boyfriend looks like a girl.
3. she *always* manages to use the water when i'm trying to have a shower.
4. she always leaves things running (like the bathroom fan/light) all day while she's gone. we pay the utilities.
5. her music sucks and she likes to blare it so that it's louder than our tv.
6. she's one of those irritating, squeaky, giggly girls.
7. she *always* slams the door when she comes and goes.
8. her car makes this loud, annoying beeping noise when she remote locks/unlocks it and she *always* uses the remote.
9. she tromps up and down the stairs like the cow she is.
10. she has loud sex.
