*whew* busy morning! oi. yesterday was a bit busy too.

yesterday, after the usual trip to the gym, i had my first interview with the big sister program. then i had to go for groceries. yay. :p

i've filled out the questionairre they gave me, but i've got to get a police check done before i can go back for my second interview. then they pair me up with a little sister and i go for yet another interview, or something like that.

AND last night i started the FINAL CHAPTER of the binded trilogy! omg! so crazy. i'm almost at 400 written pages too. it's insane i tells ya.

i'm getting pretty excited about finishing it! squee!!!

so far this morning i've gone with mike to take crash to the vet and had a job interview. i'm soon going to be dashing out to go to the senior's centre.

oh, and the weather sucks. the snow is now deeper than crash is tall. doesn't stop him, but still. mike shovelled a bit this morning, but getting in and out of the driveway is tricky to say the least. the roads are a bit slick too.

stupid winter is the bane of my existence. we hates it don'ts we precious? grr.

the job interview went really well. it was for that real estate place i applied at last time. the interview guy and the receptionist both recognized me, so that's good. i guess the person they hired was offered another job and left them. anyway, i'll find out today and if i get it i start tomorrow.

insane.

so i just might be kissing my beloved freedom buh-bye. oh well. hello money!!

pop artist andy warhol fooled around with reality and illusion, painting canvases of soup can labels that looked exactly like the real thing and portraits of famous people that looked like their photos.
when warhol was signed to go on a college lecture tour, he sent a friend instead, who pretended to be andy warhol.

(tee hee! does anyone else find this not stupid, but hilarious!? heh)

update: i got the job!!!!! i start tomorrow!!! *yikes*
