hurray! i got to go see schmuck yesterday! *squee*

it's always so nice to get out of the house for a day and visit wonderful chums! we ate cookies, popcorn and peanutbutter sandwiches for lunch. then went out to have poutine for dinner.

and we had a destruction movie mini-marathon. we watched "twister" and then "the day after tomorrow". hurray for mother nature wreaking havoc on idiot humans! muahahaha!

and schmuck recently finished reading the first book in the binded trilogy! *yay* it's so great to get some feedback and have someone to talk to about the story and how it's going. i'm so glad that she liked it. heh.

crash seems to be doing a bit better. he still bites mike a lot, but otherwise is okay. he's been sleeping a lot lately. i hope he's not sick.

he's getting bigger though! it's crazy how fast they grow!

the greek playwright aeschylus was struck down by the oddest of freak deaths: killed by a falling turtle.
a tortoise had been plucked from the ground by an eagle and carried high into the sky. the eagle apparently mistook aeschylus' bald head for a rock and dropped the turtle to smash it open upon the rock that was aeschylus' cranium.
