crash is no longer evil. he's been downgraded to mischeivous. and he was quiet all night last night and didn't even whine early this morning. he whimpered a bit after i let him out at 4am but once i was upstairs i couldn't hear him anymore.

however, it really would have been nice if he'd figured out the whole "shut the hell up at night" thing a lot sooner.

no sleep for days = shot immune system = i am the mucous queen. thanks crash.

it turns out i don't have to crate crash when i go out during the day because he treats his pen like the crate. he won't pee/poo in it. but he's got enough room to scamper and play with a few toys.

he really likes the snow. we had our first actual snowfall today since we got him. he was eating snowflakes out of the air and gallumphing through all the fluffy snow.

pumpkin finally gave him what-for last night. he's still a little shit though, but at least she's not handling him with kid gloves anymore. she likes to play keep-away with him too. it's so funny!

she'll either steal the toy he's playing with or grab another toy and taunt him with it until he drops whatever he's playing with and goes after her toy. then she runs away.

hehe.

she'll let him get close enough to nip at the toy and then she'll run away again. or sometimes she'll let him hold onto it so they can have a tug-o-war over it. she likes that game too.

he chews the hell out of everything though. we're running out of bitter apple to spray on things. he's tearing up the carpet, chews the legs of all the chairs and tables in the house, chews the bottom stair, tries to chew the stove and fridge, chews the metal frame of my plant stand... oi. everything.

anyway, i'm going to try to clear my nose enough to go to the gym for a bit and then maybe have a nap.
