i'm getting ready to defenestrate the puppy. seriously. how did he get so evil??? he won't stop biting mike and he torments pumpkin.

i'm so frickin tired. i haven't slept much since friday night. ugh. stupid puppy won't stop whining and crying all night long. and you can hear him from anywhere in the house.

he's catching on to a lot of things. he even comes when he's called most of the time! and he seems to know his name. he knows he's supposed to do his business outside, he just hasn't quite figured out how to let us know he needs to do his business.

so there are still frequent accidents, though he goes pee and poo outside more than inside. it's a small victory.

he's living up to his name too. there was a small hole in the screen in the back door and i didn't open the door fast enough to let him in one night so he decided he was going to come through that little hole.

the once little hole is now a big hole and we had a puppy stuck in the screen. it was really damn funny and i wish we'd taken a picture before freeing him.

we had to buy him a little indoor/outdoor pen to keep him away from pumpkin because she likes him but she's getting a bit tired of him in her face and space all the time. ...aren't we all. :p

he likes the kitchen and she doesn't so we've stuffed the table into a corner and replaced it with a puppy pen. now he can roam and play with his toys without supervision.

we just need to get him to stop crying every time we're not 3 feet away or less. oi.

i'm looking forward to the night he sleeps straight through and i don't have to get up at 4am anymore to let him out.

the puppy only needs out once through the night. i can't imagine how people deal with babies screaming every two hours all through the night.

after this, i think i'm going to go get a hysterectomy soon. oi.
