well, employment is still a looming threat, but it's not a reality just yet. i didn't get that job nearby.

but, i did pay off my visa bill in it's entirety. go me! i have just over $1500 in my savings account. that should last me until i get a job.

i'll be handing out my resume to some local temp agencies now and hope for the best.

i've also got to study for excel so i can take the tests and actually get the certification. at least now i've got time to do the testing and maybe take more courses. i'd still like to learn access too since it's the main thing for "real" office jobs.

i'm still working hard on the binded too. i've been typing up what i've got hand written and i'm already near 57k words and just beginning to type chapter 6. there are going to be 12 chapters and the last 2 are going to be long.

i think the last book is going to be a very long one. probably around 125k words. maybe even more. there's a lot to wrap up though.

anyway, that's about all that's going on here. lots of the same old: writing, volunteering and looking for work.
