well, the insanity is all over now and the lauras are gone home. and i miss them already.

twas a lot of fun though! lots of tasty tasty tasties and some good movies! we watched the transporter movies, serenity, and monty python and the holy grail.

i can't believe i hadn't seen the monty python one before! it was so completely random and hilarious! i just loved how lancelot was a psychotic mass murderer type! haha. i was laughing so hard when he crashed that wedding and started killing everyone.

those monks who kept smacking themselves in the head were also completely hilarious! heh. i just might watch it again before i have to return it.

out of all the movies we watched, i think serenity was my favourite though. it's so funny, and i love how river kicks some serious ass.

it was a great weekend, and i hope they can come back again soon.

anyway, it's finally decided to be winter here and i need to go shovel. the snow plows finally came down our street and i've got to get rid of the snowbank blocking our driveway before it turns into ice and becomes immovable.

think no-smoking sections are unfair? in germany in the seventeenth century, smoking was a crime punishable by death. if the tobacco didn't kill you, the tobacco police would.

(dude, i don't think no-smoking sections are unfair, and i don't see what's so stupid about this. ...crazy germans were on to something! heh.)
