2007-01-05 - 6:01 p.m.

well, i went out and spent my money. i didn't even end up spending it all. i bought "office space" and "varsity blues" on dvd. i bought one of those nasa memory foam pillows. then i bought myself another kickass dagger (don't mess with me muthafucka!) and a tiny jewellery box.

the box is sweet. it's black and looks like a treasure chest with a pentagram on the front and the three aspects of the goddess on the side underneath each corresponding phase of the moon. then it's got some viney details on it too. i love it!

i've got about $20 left over and i'm going to wait until the stores get new stock in from the boxing week clear-outs. i'm going to go back in a couple of weeks and see if i can find myself a copy of "badder santa".

i love that movie! tee-hee.

anyway, i've been doing a crapload of sleeping this week. i haven't been out of bed before 11 yet this week. heh. i think i'm just about recovered from xmas now.

the senior's centre i volunteer at has been closed all week (and i just got a call that it will probably be closed all next week) so that's left me with a lot of free time.

i've been doing a lot of writing and working on job stuff. i went to my computer course on wednesday and got through an entire unit. if i can get through another whole unit on monday i'll be flying!

i went to the gym too. it felt so damn good to get some exercise after all that sitting around and eating tasties. i hurt my shoulder/neck the last time i was in though, so i'm taking it easy.

on monday i'm going to get into "real life" in a big way. we're going to start going to the pool twice a week and i'll make sure i go to the gym 3 times a week. i'm going to make a much bigger effort to get into my computer course more too.

since i won't be going into the senior's centre for a while, that gives me a lot more time to work on the course. i can go in on wednesday afternoon too. maybe i'll get another unit done then too. 2 units in a week? that'd be sweet. i'd be almost done! woot!

anyway, mike just got home so i should sign off for now.
